Book Titles

How do you come up with your book titles?
That is my question for you today. Do you come up with a title by chance, by something within the book itself, what? Inquiring minds want to know!
I had always had quite a dilemma coming up with titles. I didn't want it being used by another author, movie or anything else. I wanted it to be unique. Now that I have some experience behind me, I question my tactics. I see titles from movies used continuously, multiple books by multiple authors all with the same name.
So. . .how do YOU come up with your book title(s)?
